Masterclasses

In order to deepen knowledge of the world of Choro as much as possible, the Clube’s tradition is to open its doors monthly to a special guest.
On this occasion, the Clube offers its members a masterclass led by a musician specialising in Choro, who comes to present its history, his vision and key tips to playing it. This is an additional opportunity to enrich one’s practice thanks to the expertise of renowned musicians.
To everyone’s delight, the masterclass is complemented by a concert, which gives the guest musician the opportunity to present their repertoire and compositions. They are accompanied by the Clube’s teachers.
This moment is even more enjoyable when it is followed by a Roda open to all.

Many great musicians already led masterclasses: Rogerio Botter Maio, Roee Ben Sira and Amoy Ribas, João Camarero, Michaël Chaves, Fernando Mattoso, Nilton Moreira, Nacho Delgado, Gileno Henrique, Elisabeth Fadel, Jacque Falcheti, Marco Ruviaro and Barbara Piperno, Vitor Garbelotto, Pierre Gillet, Estela Manfrinato, Cesar Roversi, Marcos Tannuri, Raissa Anastasia, Javiera Hunfan et Kevin Augusto… Many masterclasses are already scheduled for this year!
